Education Ministries for All Ages

The Educational Department is an integral part of Colonial Baptist Church. On Sundays, there are Sunday School classes for every member of the family. They include:

• Infant Nursery
  (newborn – 18mo.)
  available every service
• Toddler Class (18mo. – 3 yrs.) available every service
• Pre-Primary Class (4-5 yrs.)
• Primary Class (1-3 grades)
• Junior Class (4-6 grades)
• Teen Class (13-18)
• Homebuilders Class (young adults – married and single)
• Sanctuary Class (adults of any age)
• Junior Church (ages 4-5) during morning worship service

Each week there are opportunities for spiritual growth for children of ages 4-12 in these programs:

Patch the Pirate Club - meets on Sunday evening, 6 p.m., throughout the school year. Children are taught Christian character, including faithfulness in daily devotions,memorization of scripture, participation in singing special songs for monthly presentations and FUN! Awards are earned for faithful work.

J.A.M. Youth - meets on Wednesday evenings, 7:15 p.m., year round. Each quarter has a different Biblical topic. Class format includes a Bible lesson, worksheets, scripture memorization, crafts and activities and more! Students earn quarterly badges for completed work and trophies at the end of the year.

TEENS- enjoy regular activities and fellowship opportunities to help strengthen their Christian walk. Many teens serve in various capacities in the church.
